Limo AB offers components for vibration and shock insulation, often called vibration dampers or vibration isolators. Machine set-up with vibration dampers is available in a variety of designs and models, made of various materials to meet the requirements of most existing applications.
Wire rope insulators
Wire insulator
The wire insulator is in many cases completely superior in comparison with other types of insulators. Typical applications are the suspension of electronic devices mounted in various vehicles, machines such as compressors, tanks, hydraulic units, generators mounted on board ships, aircraft, helicopters and construction machinery.
WR insulator
A traditional wire insulator, available in many different sizes and models. Can be delivered in completely stainless "316" design. The smaller models have the beams plastically shaped around the wire, which gives a very stable attachment of the wire and that the insulators are produced more economically.
CR insulator
New model of wire insulator that has many advantages.

HERM insulator
The HERM insulator has the same properties as the WR but is encapsulated in elastomers. This provides extra stability but also extra damping.

High-damping silicone rubber dampers intended primarily for vehicle-mounted electronics.
Evidgom
The isolator is intended for applications that require a low natural frequency (2.5 – 7 Hz) and large movement paths as well as the ability to withstand shock. Typical applications can be low speed fans, compressors and vibratory feeders.

Insulator that can work in all directions and is easy to install. Can be used to advantage for suspended loads as it has a built-in fall protection.
Laminated isolator
Designed for large loads and with high lateral stability, the insulator is built in alternating layers with rubber and steel plates. This type of insulator has a low installation height and provides a very stable arrangement, they can also be stacked to achieve greater suspension and thus lower natural frequencies.
Special insulators in silicone
These insulators are usually made of high-damping silicone rubber, always according to customer orders.
Traxiflex
Intended for hanging applications such as pipes, ventilation drums and suspended ceilings. The insulator is designed so that the rubber works in shear / compression, which means that the insulator have a built-in fall protection, available in several different models and sizes.
Triaxdyn
Insulator specially designed for mobile cabins and engine setups where a large axial travel path is required. The Triax pad has different stiffnesses and built-in mechanical stops in all directions, withstands weights between 150 to 280 kg.

Simple type of vibration isolator available in several different models with internal and external thread. Suitable for simpler applications where the radial load is not too great and the frequency is not too low.

Steel wool pillows
Steel wool pillows are made of spun stainless steel wire which is then pressed to the desired format. We have over 1000 different standard sizes available, we also manufacture completely according to the customer's wishes. Suitable for high temperatures and other extreme environments, has properties similar to rubber insulators.
Suspension for pipe installations
A type of steel wool insulator that is specially designed for pipe installations, examples of applications are exhaust pipes, cooling pipes and in chemical factories.
V118-MG, V318
Intended for very heavy machines such as presses, punches, crushers, printing presses and textile machines. Can also be used as an engine suspension for ships and construction machinery.
V120, V125
A very low isolator that only works in compression.

Insulators for smaller machines with weights up to 170kg / attachment. Examples of common applications are motors and pumps in the petrochemical and chemical industries. The insulators can also withstand tensile loads, which is why they can be used for shock insulation.
V1B1114
Solid steel insulators for very low frequencies, down to 3Hz. The steel wool cushion inside the steel spring gives the insulator a good damping.
V1H6000, V1H6100
An insulator that works in all directions and can withstand large shock loads. The insulator is well suited for mounting electric racks, air conditioning and pipes on board ships and other vehicles. Can be delivered in 100% stainless steel design and meets mil-spec.
V1H751, V1H752
Insulator which is designed to be able to work in all directions. Typical areas of use are machines in ships, aircraft, railways, etc.
V402-MG
The insulator has an equivalent suspension within the entire load range and is intended to work in compression but can also handle large side loads. Typical applications are machines, generators, pumps on board ships and other types of vehicles.
